A Soft goods company is looking for an energetic, creative, and collaborative Digital Marketing Manager to help develop our influencer, loyalty, partnership, and content strategies to drive growth and foster relationships with the company’s new and existing customers. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, analyzing and optimizing influencer, loyalty, partnership, and content strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience working for direct-to-consumer businesses on retention and/or loyalty/influencer strategies and is a proactive team player with a strong sense of personal accountability with expertise in driving bottom-line impact.

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Paid Partnerships.
  •  2 years creating paid and non-paid content for a multitude of channels including email, social, search, marketplaces, etc.
  •  3+ years of experience in paid and organic social media platform knowledge.
  •  Experience developing and maintaining influencer and loyalty programs.
  •  Excellent Organizational skills. Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  Proven track record of defining and executing campaign strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs.
  •  Excellent written and communications skills.
  •  Work with autonomy.
  •  Do not hesitate to share ideas and take feedback which is not your approach.
  •  Work well in a collaborative environment. 

  • Create and implement various marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals and content calendar.
  •  Manage influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision. Manage loyalty program optimization such as member acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
  • Create content for digital marketing channels, not limited to email, social, search, website, and marketplaces
  •  Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, returning customer rate, ROI, and more. 
  • Work with brands' key licensing partners on marketing activations, product development, packaging and more to ensure brand integrity
  • You will report to the Director of Growth. 

  • Salary: $70k - $90k DOE
